Things people ask.

Is my workers' personal data safe?
Yes. All data is stored in Sydney (Supabase ap-southeast-2), encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS. Files are served via signed URLs that expire in 5 minutes. The database itself enforces tenant isolation through Row-Level Security — even if someone bypassed the app, they couldn't read another organisation's data. We never sell data, never train AI on it, never share it with third parties beyond our infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel, Resend). See our full Privacy Policy.
How long does setup take?
About 15 minutes. Sign up creates your organisation with the 13 standard NDIS doc types pre-loaded. You then bulk-import your workers from a spreadsheet (we'll send you the template), and each worker gets an email invitation. They set their own password and start uploading. We can also schedule a 30-minute onboarding call if you'd prefer to be walked through it.
What if I'm not an NDIS provider?
Most of our customers are NDIS providers, but DocCheck works for any industry where workers need to maintain regulated documents: construction (White Card, EWP, scaffold), transport (HC/MC licence, fatigue management), aged care, childcare, mining. You can fully customise the document types your organisation tracks. If you'd like an industry template seeded for you, mention it when you book your demo.
Can I import workers from my current spreadsheet?
Yes. Download our Excel template, paste in your team's names + emails, upload it back. All workers get invite emails in one click. You can also paste from any spreadsheet directly into the import form — we accept .xlsx, .xls and .csv.
What happens after my free trial?
You get 14 days to use everything. No credit card needed to start. Around day 12 we'll email you a friendly reminder. If you decide to continue, just send us your billing details and we'll invoice monthly (or annually with 2 months free). If you decide not to continue, your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted on request.
Can workers who change employers keep their docs?
We're building this exact feature for Q3 — a worker who works for multiple NDIS providers uploads their Police Check, WWCC, First Aid once, and every provider they're connected to sees the same documents. No more uploading the same Police Check to three different platforms. Right now each provider has its own document copy, but the multi-provider worker identity is in active development.
